RIM Prepare “Blackforest” Tablet in 2013?

BlackBerry Manufacturer, RIM (Research In Motion) is planning to release a new tablet called the “Blackforest“. According to a leaked report, the launch plan is next year. It was revealed through a blog post that claims RIM internal documents has been leaked, and unlock the secrets of that company’s plans.

Reported by the Telegraph, Wednesday (07/04/2012), that “roadmap” not only reveal RIM new tablet, but also BlackBerry Playbook 4G will slide later this year. In addition, BlackBerry 10 also  will be present this year.

From all of the leaks, the tablet with the code name of Blackforest considered the most attractive. Speculation says that the new tablet is in the list of the roadmap is to schedule the third quarter of 2013. Blackforest will have 10-inch screen, and has 128 GB of storage memory

There are two other products from RIM that will appears next year, but these products are simply called by the code name “Nashville” and “Naples”.

Previously RIM had invited attention to the announcement of the launch delay of BlackBerry 10, the latest version of the BlackBerry operating system. “What RIM needed is the new generation from the line of its products to be successful and that delay would cost them,” said senior principle analyst at Screen Digest, Ian Fogg.

“The market is losing confidence in RIM. The management team at RIM should talk to their products, “added Fogg.

RIM CEO Thorsten Hein immediately respond to that analyst statement mentions that RIM is in the “death spiral”. “There is nothing wrong with the company, both past and present,” he concluded
