Biology student from the National University of Singapore (NUS) was found dead after playing computer game all night long.
Third-year student named Xu Kaixiang was found lying dead beside the computer in his home. When found, the computer is turned on. Thus was launched from Yourhealth, Wednesday (07/11/2012).
When interviewed by a local newspaper, Kaixiang’s father said his son was entering the school holiday period and has always been at home for playing games on his computer.
Kaixiang’s father added, sometimes he found his son was spending the time to play games all night.
“When I was preparing for bed around 1:00 o’clock in the morning, I still see him playing in front of the computer. But when my wife woke up at 6:45 in the morning, we saw him lying on the living room floor with the condition that the computer still on,” he said.
He said when his wife tried to wake their children, Kaixiang not respond at all. She was rushed into the room and realize her son body was cold as ice.
The father was quick to act, he immediately sent his other son to call an ambulance. Not long after, a team of paramedics arrived, but unfortunately the life of the child has not helped.
